The Bay Dynamics New York City training facility is located in the heart of the financial district in downtown Manhattan. The facility is close to hotels, public transportation, and points of interest such as the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange.

Facility Description

Six Water Street is between Moore Street and Broad Street, just two blocks east of Battery Park. There is a green awning just down Moore St that is the actual entrance to 6 Water St. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.
Driving Directions

From the North (upstate NY, New England states):

  1. From I-87 South/Major Deegan Expressway, take the exit onto I-278 W toward Triboro Bridge/Manhattan/Queens.
  2. Next, take the exit to Randalls-Wards Is/Manhattan/FDR Dr.
  3. From that exit, merge onto the Triborough Bridge and then take the FDR Dr ramp.
  4. Merge on to FDR Dr for approximately 8.75 miles.
  5. From FDR Dr, take Exit 1 toward Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry.
  6. Merge from that exit on to South Street and then turn right at Water St and arrive at 6 Water St.
  7. There is a green awning just down Moore St that is the actual entrance to 6 Water St.
  8. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.

From the South/West (NJ, Southern States):

  1. Take I-95 North to I-78 Exit #14 to 14-14A-14B-14C/US-1/US-22.
  2. Keep left and follow the signs for I-78 E/14A-14B-14C/Bayonne/Jersey City/Holland Tunnel and merge onto I-78 E/New Jersey Turnpike Ext E.
  3. Continue on to 12th Street and on through the Holland Tunnel.
  4. Take the ramp to RT-9A/West St and merge onto Laight St.
  5. From Laight St., turn left at W Side Hwy.
  6. Continue on West St (signs for RT-9A S/Battery Park).
  7. Turn left at Battery Pl, continue along for .1 mile and turn right at State St. Stay on State St. for .2 miles.
  8. Turn left at State St. and continue on to Water St and arrive at 6 Water St.
  9. There is a green awning just down Moore St that is the actual entrance to 6 Water St.
  10. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.

From East (L.I):

  1. From the I-495/Long Island Expressway, take the exit toward Queens Midtown Tunnel exit/Tunnel exit St.
  2. Staying left at the fork, follow the signs for 35 St/34 St/Downtown and merge onto Queens Midtown Tunnel exit/Tunnel exit St.
  3. Turn left at E 34th St, and then turn right at FDR Dr.
  4. Merge onto FDR Dr S via the ramp to Battery Park.
  5. Take exit 1 toward Battery Park/Staten Is Ferry.
  6. Merge onto South St and continue for .2 miles.
  7. Turn right at Water St and arrive at 6 Water St.
  8. Main entrance to 6 Water St. is under a green awning on Moore St.
  9. Bay Dynamics is located on the 4th floor.
  10. There is a green awning just down Moore St that is the actual entrance to 6 Water St.

Bus and Subway

La Guardia -

M60 bus @ 125th Street take the 2/3, 4/5/6, 1/9, A/C trains. Subway and Bus fare is $2.00 each way or a MetroCard can be used with free transfer between bus and subway.

JFK -

Take A train to Howard Beach Stop transfer to the Shuttle bus (run app. every 10 minutes) to JKF. From mid-town Manhattan 70 minutes.

Take E/F train to Union TRPK, transfer there to the Q10

Take the AirTrain from any terminal in JFK (it stops at all of them) to Jamaica station, long island rail road LIRR). The AirTrain runs approximately every 10 minutes and an $8.00 fare is charged at the end. At Jamaica, take any train to Flatbush Avenue. At Flatbush, take the R subway to Whitehall. 4/5 Bowling Green - (3-blocks) Exit station and walk away from the park, passing the "American Indian Museum" on your right hand side. Make a right on Whitehall, go 1½ blocks and make a left on Pearl, go 1-block to Moore & make a right. There is a green awning just down Moore St that is the actual entrance to 6 Water St. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.

J/M/Z to Water Street - (5-blocks) Walk east on Broad Street (towards the water/away from the Stock Exchange) to Water St. Make a right on Water Street. There is a green awning just down Moore St that is the actual entrance to 6 Water St. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.

Whitehall Station - (On Water St) Walk across Water St from the station to 6 Water Street. There is a green awning just down Moore St that is the actual entrance to 6 Water St. Take the elevator to the fourth floor.

Path Train to WTC - Exit Path, make right onto Church. Left onto Liberty Street then a right onto Broadway, stay on Broadway (splits and turns into Whitehall). Turn left on Pearl.
