Bay Dynamics, an Altiris Authorized Training Center (AATC), offers Altiris instructor-led courses nationwide. These classes are taught by Altiris Certified Instructors (ACI’s) who are also Altiris Authorized Consultants (AAC’s) actively delivering complex enterprise Altiris implementations.

While an ACI certification is all that is required to provide Altiris instructor-led courses, Bay Dynamics raises the bar. Our instructors are ITIL and AAC certified industry practitioners with a proven track record in delivering successful Altiris implementations. Our greatest asset is moving beyond just how things are supposed to work, to making things work to your advantage through utilizing our extensive background in real-world IT management. Our Altiris courses are held publicly at training facilities in numerous cities across the US, or we can send a trainer on-site to your location to deliver the same comprehensive content. The detailed courseware created by Altiris addresses a wide range of topics, including Deployment Solution, Notification System, Helpdesk, Service & Asset Management, and Web Reporting.
