Feris Rifai co-founded Bay Dynamics with Ryan Stolte in 2001 to create a company with a culture of accountability, great people, and dedication to excellence. Through his leadership and innovative approach, Bay Dynamics has become a premier provider of IT business intelligence products. Feris and the Bay Dynamics team were able to establish long-term partnerships with key organizations that include Symantec, Microsoft, Dell, Apple, and others. He has a proven track record of success in the IT industry and brings to Bay Dynamics nearly two decades of senior executive experience. Feris has a BA in Economics from Indiana University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Ryan Stolte – Founder, CTO ryan.stolte@baydynamics.com
Ryan has directed the strategy, architecture, and implementation of IT solutions for over 15 years. Since its founding in 2001, Ryan has grown Bay Dynamics into a leading IT solution provider with a diverse portfolio of products and services. His breadth of experience assisting organizations optimize their IT processes and deep knowledge of Business Intelligence provided the foundation for IT Analytics, which has been widely adopted since its release in 2007.
Bill Holzendorf – Vice President of Services bill.holzendorf@baydynamics.com
Bill has more than 20 years of experience in the services industry having held global positions in both consulting and technical support services. As Sr. Director at Symantec, Bill was responsible for the development and implementation of a Global Services Partner Program. Prior to Symantec, Bill held leadership positions at Altiris Inc. where he built the services organization to a $20M+ business, doing so with a partner led model. He also held various leadership positions at Novell. Bill holds a BS Degree in Information Systems from BYU-Hawaii and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Doland White – Vice President of Sales doland.white@baydynamics.com
With a career spanning 25 years in sales and services, Doland brings a rich history of experience and accomplishments. Most recently, he led the design and launch of Symantec’s global Consulting Partner Program and structured the services integration of several Symantec acquisitions. His track record in sales management includes leading the West US security sales team for Siemens Network Services, regional sales management for Novell and successfully growing a specialized services company to acquisition. Doland attended Moorpark College and Cowell College at the University of California Santa Cruz.
Humphrey Christian - Vice President of Engineering humphrey.christian@baydynamics.com
Humphrey has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing data analytics IT solutions. Since joining Bay Dynamics in 2002, he has managed a strong technology team that continues to assist organizations in optimizing their security and IT systems management processes by implementing Business Intelligence solutions. As part of the Engineering management team, Humphrey helps direct the strategy, architecture, and implementation of the widely adopted IT Analytics™ set of products. He began his career in IT as a member of the Accenture consulting team. Humphrey holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Joe has over 10 years of experience designing and developing solutions to complex business problems. He has worked with numerous Enterprise Level companies helping them solve challenges ranging from process re-engineering to software development. Over the last several years he has worked primarily on the development and product management of IT Analytics. Joe has a BS in Computer Science from Dickinson College and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
