We know there are many of you out that would love a simple way to use Microsoft SharePoint as a portal to communicate metrics and reporting on your System Center managed environment. In the third and final webinar in the Advanced Analytics series, Ryan demonstrates the power of SharePoint and PerformancePoint integration with IT Analytics.

Ryan walks through a step by step process to showcase IT Analytics data through the SharePoint by leveraging the Business Intelligence Center template.  You can then share granular System Center data outside of the System Center console. Very simple, very straight forward, very compelling!  Check out the recorded webinar by clicking here.

Advanced Analytics Configuration Manager Webinar

Hello Everyone,

We held a quick, 30 minute demonstration showcasing how to drag and drop Configuration Manager data into usable reports.  The use cases Ryan chose to demonstrate were machine types, ie Dell, HP, and IBM as well as application consumption.  The first challenge we walked through was getting a true count of the number of specific manufacturer machine types in your environment when there could be mulitple instances like Dell, Dell Inc, and Dell Computer Corporation stored in the Config Manager database.

The second piece of the demonstration focused on application types and how to monitor/meter usage and consumption of the applications accross your environment. Check out the recorded session by clicking here.
